City of Birmingham Dance Championships, Tower Ballroom, Edgbaston, Birmingham 15th February 2009   Step by Step dance school celebrated victory on Sunday 15th Feb as a local couple David Roberts and Andrea Law danced their way to victory in their first dancing competition together.  David and Andrea took 1st place in both the novice and intermediate ballroom category dancing the Waltz, Tango and Quickstep.  The couple also took 1st place in the intermediate Latin section dancing Cha Cha Cha and Samba.  To top off a memorable day for the dance school David and Andrea also took part in the pre-championship Latin rounds incorporating Waltz, Tango and the Foxtrot, taking runners up spot.  The couple now automatically qualify for 'Britain's Best Titles' dancing competition to be held at the Pavillion Ballroom on 19th September 2009.    Congratulations !
